Registration
Registration
A person must be registered with the College in order to practice physical therapy and use the title “Physiotherapist” in Manitoba. This includes working as a physiotherapist; participating in a physiotherapy clinical placement; or taking or teaching a course involving physiotherapy treatment of the public and course participants. Invitation for Applications as a Practice Auditor

The College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba is inviting interested physiotherapists to apply to become a Practice Auditor for the Continuing Competency Program of the College.

Practice Audits are one of the components of CPM’s Continuing Competency Program. Practice Audits are objective and facilitate a review of the performance of a Registrant in relation to the standards and essential competencies of the profession. The Practice Audit results provide assurance to the public of the quality of care that is delivered by the physiotherapist.

Please read Invitation for Applications as a Practice Auditor for a description of the role, qualifications, and training for the practice auditor position as well as information about how to apply. Please note that the deadline for applications is Wednesday, June 30, 2021.
